Our MMA classes are heavily influenced by Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, so developing this skill is essential to the training, take a look above to see some of the world class coaches who have taught here in Norwich.
Our classes are split into four stages, Monday is MMA on the ground, learn how to submit your opponent with strikes, locks or chokes. Tuesday is Thai Boxing, Wednesday is pure submission work, Thursdays are all about takedowns, using our unique wrestling and judo combination for MMA.
No other MMA school in Norfolk offers this level of tuition, with such a high standard of instructors. To be the best, you need to train with the best.
